Chili Cheese Frito Pizza
It's September in Texas and that means the State Fair is kicking off. Inspired by the Texas classic Frito Pie we created our Chili Cheese Frito Pizza. There's not better way to kick off the fall!
Ingredients
- Pizza Snob’s Original Pizza Dough Mix
- Chili Meat (Pre-Cooked)
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Asiago
- Crushed Fritos (Or Corn Chip Alternative)
- Red Onions
- Sour Cream
Steps
- Make dough using Pizza Snob’s Original Pizza Dough Mix by following the instructions on the packaging
- Prepare oven for cooking
- Prepare pizza dough and stretch to shape
- Spread the cheddar cheese and asiago cheese blend over the surface of the pizza
- Add chili meat (pre-cooked) on top of the pizza
- Top with Fritos and red onion
- Bake the pizza until crust is golden brown
- Finish with dollops of sour cream
