Street Taco Pizza
One of the first pizzas to take off at Pizza Snob was our Street Taco Pizza. Coming from Texas there’s not much more that we love more than great tacos (besides maybe pizza). So why not combine the two?
Ingredients
- Pizza Snob’s Original Pizza Dough Mix
- Four Cheese Blend Of Red Pepper Asiago, Smoked Mozzarella, Provolone, And Cheddar Cheese
- Buttermilk Alfredo Sauce
- Pulled Pork
- Candied Jalapeño Juice
- Salsa Verde
- Fresh Cilantro
- Fresh Onion
Steps
- Make dough using Pizza Snob’s Original Pizza Dough Mix by following the instructions on the packaging
- Prepare oven for cooking
- Stretch pizza dough to about 11 inches in diameter
- Spread the four cheese blend over the surface of the pizza
- Add streaks of buttermilk alfredo sauce
- Place pulled pork on top of the pizza
- Bake the pizza until cooked to a golden brown crust
- Top with fresh cilantro and onions
- Drizzle candied jalapeño juice over the pizza
- Add streaks of salsa verde as a finishing touch
